Unveils Physician Wall of Honor

PARSONS, Kan. – March 30, 2011 –  As part of its ongoing 50th anniversary celebration, Labette Health celebrated National Doctors’ Day Wednesday by unveiling a Physician Wall of Honor during a luncheon for current and retired physicians. The wall, located in the hospital’s “main street” corridor, honors physicians who spent most of their careers as part of Labette Health’s medical staff or who died while on active staff.

The initial group of physicians honored during Wednesday’s ceremony were Dr. J.D. Pace, Dr. Emery Bryan, Dr. Charles Miller, Dr. Cecil Farley, Dr. Dean Miller, Dr. Charles Henderson, Dr. Bud Hulsman, Dr. Daniel Pauls, Dr. Sarohd Tang, Dr. S.P. Jothi, Dr. Stephen Miller, Dr. Agnes Aves, Dr. Renato Aves, Dr. Antonio Diaz, Dr. Asha Verna, Dr. Guy Cramer, Dr. Victor Jackson, Dr. Earl Miller, Dr. Mirl Ruble; Dr. Frank Stephens, Dr. Rolland Urie, Dr. William Wier, Dr. John White, Dr. Ned Gorrell, and Dr. Pacharee Hompluem.
