WAY Dreams do come true. Chris Way, EMS Director will quickly attest to that. Working in the field of Emergency Medical Service and Fire Service is a dream he has held since he was a child. "I was four years old when I first showed that I was interested. When I was old enough, I took the Emergency Medical Technician class and the rest is history." Choosing to work in this field at Labette Health was an easy decision for Chris to make. The family oriented rural community where it’s located appealed to Chris and his wife, whose two girls keep them very busy. And being in such a great area to pursue his hobbies of hunting and golfing got his attention. But, overall, Chris was absolutely overwhelmed with the professionalism that Labette Health displayed when they brought him to Parsons four years ago. This move has also been a dream come true.
